Veggie stir-fry

This is an awesome side dish for chicken, fish, or meat.

Ingredients you’ll need:

2 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of ginger

2 teaspoons parsley flakes

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of white pepper or black pepper

6 kale leaves peeled from stem and chopped

1/2 a cabbage, chopped

1/2 an onion chopped

4  medium sized carrots, peeled and grated

Sauté the garlic and ginger on olive oil for about 1-2 minutes. Add all the other ingredients and cook without lid for about 10 minutes.
